Dash Consignment Policies

General drop-offs are by appointment only.
· Walk-ins will not be honored for general merchandise.
b. High end, luxury items do not need an appointment.
c. Any “no appointment needed” drop offs will be posted on our social media, for specific items.
· Examples: Halloween costumes, sports gear, winter coats, swimsuits, etc.
d. Consignment drop-off appointments are to be made using the link on your consignor access portal to the drop-off calendar.
e. Item limits per month are: 40 pieces of clothing and 20 pieces of non-clothing.
· Non-clothing are shoes and accessories (bags, jewelry, sunglasses, etc.)
f. You are allotted ONE appointment per month; any additional appointments will be canceled.
g. All items must arrive folded in a tote, box, shopping bags or basket with lid.
· You will take your tote home with you.
· Your items will be transferred into the store’s labeled containers during your appointment.
h. We will not accept any drop offs in garbage bags.

a. Clothes must be clean & freshly laundered.
b. Clothes with stains, holes, smoke/pet odor or any other flaw will not be accepted.
c. Items found to have flaws during your appointment will be given back to you.
d. Items found to have flaws once your drop off is completed will be donated locally, without notification.
e. Items must be in ready-to-wear condition in the current retail season.
Check with store/website to see what items are currently being accepted as “in season”.
f. Do not bring in clothing on hangers.
g. All clothing with buttons and zippers must be fastened.
· Example: Jeans, dress shirts, etc.
· Items that are not prepared upon arrival will not be accepted.

a. Items are priced by Dash Consignment owners and trained employees.
· Prices are determined individually, dependent on several factors like wear, trend and demand.
· Items are priced with the intent for them to sell in a timely manner.
b. Items will be listed on the floor under the consignor for 70 days.
· Items during this time are considered “active” items.
c. Items will convert to store owned inventory on the 71st day.
· Items during this time are considered “converted” items.
d. Items that expire and convert on the 71st day are considered property of Dash Consignment LLP and cannot be reversed manually by any staff member.
e. Items priced under $50.00 will remain as converted store owned inventory and will not be returned to the consignor for any reason.
· Items will be distributed/donated locally at the discretion of Dash Consignment LLP.
f. Dash Consignment reserves the right to mark down merchandise at any time for promotional purposes.
· Inventory may follow a discount schedule set by the time the item was placed on the floor; this is done automatically by our consignment software and can be seen in your consignor access.
g. Items priced at over $50.00 can be extended an additional 70 days or returned to the consignor.
· The request to re-relist or return expired items must be received within day 63 and day 70 of the items floor time. (Within 7 days prior to the expiration date)
· Items must be picked up within 7 days, post expiration.
· Your items will not be removed from the floor while waiting to be picked up.
· Items not picked up within the 7-day post-expiration period will be converted to store owned inventory permanently.
h. Items are not to be taken off the floor by the consignor at any time.
· Items can only become inactive if they are purchased.
· Any item removed before expiration, without being purchased, will be considered theft from Dash Consignment LLP and legal action will be taken.
i. Consignor accounts will receive credit equal to 40% of the selling price on all items sold within the 70-day consignment period.
j. Credit balance is always shown on the consignor access portal provided to you.
k. Credit balances of less than $25 are to be used as store credit only.
l. Credit balances over $25 are eligible to be redeemed as an ACH payout for one year.
m. Credit balances over one year old are store credit only and cannot be redeemed as an ACH payout.
n. Credit earned and not used in two years is credit is considered null and void resulting in removal of the value from your balance and cannot be reversed.
o. Simple Consign charges a $2.50 per month maintenance charge on active accounts with active listed items.
· Applies to Dash VIP & Dash 40/60 consignors only, does not apply to Dash Autopay consignors.
· This fee provides you with 24/7 detailed access to your account via the consignor access portal.
· This fee is not charged when your account is inactive, no active items listed.
p. Dash Consignment LLP is not responsible for lost, stollen or damaged items.
· We do our best to avoid any situation where items could be damaged or stolen with security measures in place within the store.

a. Payouts can be requested for credit balances of $25 or greater.
b. Payouts are disbursed at a maximum amount of $200 per month, per account.
c. Payouts can be requested only during payout request dates posted.
d. Payouts are issued 10 months per year, on the 15th of the month.
· January, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October & November.
· If you miss the payout window, you will have to wait for next month’s payout request window.
· A graphic in store and on www.dashconsignment.com is provided for the exact dates, year-round, the payout request form will be accessible.
e. Payout requests cannot be manually added.
· All payout requests must be made via the form on www.dashconsignment.com by selecting the “Payout” tab and submitting the request form.
· Confirmation of your request is provided to you automatically via on-screen confirmation and email confirmation for your records.
f. Payouts are processed via Simple ACH (direct deposit).
· Simple ACH needs to be set up by the consignor on your consignor access portal for the payment to be processed on the payout date.
· Payments not processed due to incomplete set up of Simple ACH cannot be resubmitted manually.
· Check your bank’s ACH policy, any delay in payment will be caused by the consignor bank’s ACH processing policy and is not caused by Dash Consignment LLP.
g. Simple ACH charges a $2.50 processing fee for each payout processed.
h. No form of notification is sent to the consignor when payout ACH payment is processed.
· Check the consignor’s access portal to view those detailed transactions.
i. When a consignor account is closed by either the consignor or Dash Consignment LLP, the credit balance of the account will be null and void and non-redeemable on that date.

DASH VIP:
I forfeit my ability to request a payout on my consignor credit balance to receive VIP perks provided by Dash Consignment LLP including but not limited to:
· Consignor accounts will receive credit equal to 40% of the selling price on all items sold within the 70-day consignment period.
· 10% off all purchases made in-store with consignor credit.
· VIP-only sales events, coupons, mailings, swag and giveaways.
· Drop-off priority processing.
· $2.50 per month maintenance charge on active accounts with active listed items.
DASH 40/60:
I will request my own payouts and comply with all policies and procedures listed above in section IV in relation to payouts.
· Consignor accounts will receive credit equal to 40% of the selling price on all items sold within the 70-day consignment period.
· Payouts available on request only, 10 months per year.
· $2.50 per month maintenance charge on active accounts with active listed items.
DASH AUTOPAY:
I would like to be automatically paid out on my consignor balance automatically every month without having to request a payout.
· Consignor accounts will receive credit equal to 30% of the selling price on all items sold within the 70-day consignment period.
· Payouts will be issued automatically 12 months per year on the 15th of the month.
Balance must be over $25 and SimpleACH must be set up for payout to process.
· NO monthly maintenance charge.
