Dash Consignment LLP Consignment Agreement

-Before your appointment:

- Consignment drop-off appointments can be made via your consignor’s access account by choosing an appointment on the drop-off calendar or by calling the store during business hours at (609) 605-0658. The item limits per month are: 40-piece clothing limit and 20-piece non-clothing limit. 

- All items must arrive folded in a tote, box, shopping bags or basket with lid, you will take your tote home with you.  We will not accept any drop offs in garbage bags. Your items will be transferred into our own labeled containers at the time of your appt.

- Clothes must be freshly laundered. Prior to your appointment, please go through all your items to ensure they meet all consignment guidelines. If an item has a stain, hole, smoke/pet odor or other flaw after an item has been dropped off it will automatically be donated without any notification. All outfit sets should be placed together. We can only accept items in ready-to-wear condition in the current season.

- There will be several chances during the year to drop off specialty brands/items without an appointment, these “no appointment needed” drop offs will be posted on our social media so make sure to follow us!

At drop off appointment:

- Prices are determined by Dash Consignment owners and trained employees to best sell your items during their 70-day floor time. Dash Consignment reserves the right to mark down merchandise at any time for promotional purposes. Inventory may follow a discount schedule set by the time the item was placed on the floor; this is done automatically by our consignment software and can be seen in your consignor access.

- Consignors can arrange to pick-up items priced above $50 by notifying us at least 7 days prior to the end of the 70-day active period. Items must be picked up within 7 days of the expiration date due to our limited storage space. You can track when your items expire via your online consignor access.

- Consignors accounts will receive credit equal to 40% of the selling price on all items sold within the 70-day consignment period. This credit is converted into your available payout amount.

- There is a $2.50 a month account maintenance charge that is automatically applied only when you have active items listed in the store.

Consignment Floor time:

- Your active items will remain in our possession for a period of 70 days once placed on the floor. Items are not to be taken off the floor by the consignor at any time. The only way that items will become inactive is if they are purchased. Items not sold after 70 days will automatically become property of Dash Consignment and will be distributed/donated locally at our discretion.

- Dash Consignment LLP is not responsible for lost, stollen or damaged items. We do our best to avoid any situation where items could be damaged or stolen with security measures in place within the store.

Consignor Payouts:

- All payout requests can be submitted via the payout form on our website during the request periods posted.

- Payout requests must be made within the payout request period posted. If you miss that window of time, you will have to wait for the next months payout request form to be posted. Requests can not be manually added, all requests must be made via the form on the website, confirmation of your request is provided automatically via email.

- A payout can be requested when your account is greater than $25. If your account is below $25 it is to be used as store credit only.

- The maximum payout allowance per consignor is $200 per payout.

- Payout schedules will be posted by Dash Consignment throughout the year and are done via Simple ACH. This needs to be set up on your consignor’s access account for the payment to be processed on the monthly payout date. Please keep in mind that your bank might hold the payment for processing for 24-48 hours as their own ACH check policy. Simple ACH charges a $1 processing fee for each payout processed.

- Consignors may also choose to use their account balance as store credit for purchases as it becomes available. (Don't forget to ask about the Dash VIP Program - sign up to receive 10% off every purchase.)

- No form of notification will be sent when your payment is processed, please check your consignor access account to view those transactions.

- Payouts will be processed 10 months per calendar year.

At any time, Dash Consignment LLP has the right to amend these terms to best suit their business practices.

DASH VIP Consignor Perks:

All VIPs receive 10% off every purchase made in-store with their consignor credit.

Special VIP-only sales events take place several times a year.

“Skip the line” - all drop offs receive priority processing.

Payout requests cannot be made at any time.

If you choose to close your account at any time the balance of your account will be forfeited.
